Using real-time data to unlock guest insights
After interviewing numerous key players in the attractions industry, we began designing a cutting-edge business intelligence platform. As Head of Design at Nutmeg, I took full ownership of the product, overseeing its development from concept to completion.

How can we unlock and analyze new user data?
The core idea behind this platform was to harness the data collected from our theme park mobile app. Our vision was to empower attraction operators to unlock this data, analyze it in real time, and ultimately use it to personalize the content within their mobile apps.

Nutmeg's platform is the first of its kind, bringing Silicon Valley's flexibility and technical expertise to the attractions industry. In November, we launched our new US platform at the international IAAPA Expo 2024 in Orlando, where we were overwhelmed by the positive response to our solution.
